High quality standards at AMTL are maintained from design concept to product delivery. AMTL follows a structured process for different activities at each stage of product development.
AMTL meticulously follows Industry standard design procedures/flows to ensure shorter design cycles to develop reliable products. AMTL works in tandem with the associated Foundries to regularly monitor and analyze process information to maintain product quality. All fabricated wafers pass through stringent quality control and quality acceptance procedures. This includes 100 % visual inspection and sample on-wafer DC/RF tests to ensure reliable product performance. Full RF characterization is done on sample dies to map the wafers for their RF performance.
AMTL strives to stick to customer timelines and deliver product in the shortest possible time.
AMTL customer interface policy assures a reply to any customer query within two working days. However, AMTL prefers to address customer queries on the same day.
