AMTL delivers more than standard MMICs. AMTL works closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop custom MMICs. AMTL takes pride in its capability to develop multifunctional chip/chipset to specific requests.
AMTL also undertakes design and development of MMIC based Multi-chip Modules required for subsystems like transceivers, T/R modules, beam former etc. AMTL has undertaken specific assignments like designing wide band high isolation switches, custom multi-chip packages and connectorised MMIC modules.
AMTL also works with third-party packaging houses to deliver MMICs in a range of surface mount plastic packages viz. QFN, SOIC etc., Glass flat packs, and Metal packages. AMTL also delivers custom designed connectorised/drop-in MMIC modules manufactured to international standards.
